We are very happy to inform you that our recent evangelistic mission trip at Davao and Tagum City (Gospel Buzz 2011) by the grace of God was such a great success. God has allowed us to accomplish what He, Himself, had set us to accomplish. There were foiled attacks of Satan to hinder the effective delivery of the true Gospel in the cities that we visited like confiscation of some Gospel tracts and a few instances where attempts to intimidate us happened. But God who is in us was truly greater than he who is in the world! We brought 23,000+ tracts on the trip which we planned to give out all through Oct. 23 to 28. But they were all given out by the 26th, making us shift to purely one-to-one evangelism and open-air preaching from then on.
Several members of Soli Deo Gloria Christian Ministries that attended our WOTM seminar there last April joined us (17 LWA team members) in some of the evangelism schedules we had. We were out declaring Jesus as the only way to the Father from morning to late evening. We were battling the heat of the sun during daytime and exhaustion in our evening evangelism. But God was so good as He gave us energy whenever we're out. We came back from the trip tired and with darker skin complexion. But we don't mind and we still can't wait for the next trip!
Thanks for supporting this trip. God used you like other caring Christians to provide for the trip. We are so encouraged by your love for our Master. We hope that you'll continue to be our partner in reaching the souls of Filipinos, and hopefully soon, other Asians.
To God be all the glory!

After the training at Grace Fundamental Baptist Church
CFCM held a 3-day Children’s Evangelistic Crusade (CEC) at Cabiao, Nueva Ecija last September 19, 20 and 22. There were 23 elementary schools with at least 12,000 pupils and 3 high schools with at least 7,000 students that went through the CEC. Cabiao National High School provided the most opportunities for evangelism as 5,000 students and school staff heard the biblical gospel. This was in partnership with Grace Fundamental Baptist Church headed by Rev. Wilfredo Munsayac and with One Hope Philippines who provided the free magazines we distributed to students. A training and orientation was done before the evangelistic crusade at Grace Fundamental Baptist church with 23 attendees.
CFCM volunteers with school officials
Mr. Nicanor Ventura, the school Principal, admits that one of our education’s failures is the negligence of spiritual nourishment of students. He said that is where the church needs to stick her nose to. He hopes that we could do at least a once a week session to their students because he believes that our education’s success does not only depend on the academic excellence being achieved by the students but also by the values being inculcated and taught to them. The same is being requested by most of the school principals in the elementary level in the area. And what is the best source of values? It is no other than the infallible Word of God, the Bible.
The Christians making up the congregation of Grace Fundamental Baptist Church now plans to do this great work of discipleship to any of the students who may have responded to the Gospel. CFCM will do another training for the Children’s Values Formation Classes (CVFC) or simply, the discipleship classes. Please pray that the Lord will send more laborers to this harvest. Glory to God!
If you want to give your support to CFCM through Living Waters Asia, contact us at email@example.com, and please specify that the support you will be giving is for CFCM by making your email subject: Giving to CFCM. We will be very happy to directly give them 100% of what you intend to send them so you can be their valuable partner in reaching Filipino children for Christ.
Watch these two female college students as they hear the Gospel shared to them. Please continue praying for them.
Dennis Mark Aglosolos facilitating the WOTM Seminar at Olongapo City
Last September 24, 2011, the Living Waters Asia team traveled early to Olongapo City, Zambales for a Way of the Master seminar. Organizing the event was the Philippine Student Alliance Lay Movement, Inc. (PSALM), Olongapo District. The venue was at the 104 year-old Wesley United Methodist Church of the former U.S. bases city.
Different churches from the area were represented in the seminar, as well as Christian college students working with PSALM in this district. Many other churches and Christians would have graced the event if not for the continued rain of the day that later ushered in typhoon Pedring which flooded several provinces in Luzon the following week, with several still in that situation after two weeks.
The LWA team received several statements of appreciation for the effort put in conducting the seminar. There were even several pastors that expressed their intention to invite LWA to their areas to conduct the same seminar.
We would like to thank Sis. Blaze Sayson, the PSALM District Director for Olongapo City, for spearheading the effort to bring LWA and the WOTM teaching there. Thank you also to the leadership of Wesley United Methodist Church of Olongapo City for hosting the event. And of course, we give thanks to the Lord for everyone of you who prayed for the success of this seminar.
